Exclusive Agreement for Turnkey Integration Optimizes Insight into Associations' Member Engagement
Washington, D.C. — March 27, 2018 — Higher Logic today announced a partnership with Advanced Solutions International (ASI). Under terms of the agreement, ASI will provide customers with Higher Logic for iMIS, a version of its flagship online community platform fully integrated with the iMIS 20 Engagement Management System (EMS)™. Going beyond basic integration, the agreement includes seamless, two-way connectivity using Higher Logic Activity Sync. This unique synchronization will deliver actionable business intelligence to inform overall membership engagement strategy, while also providing association members with a more streamlined user experience.

Independent research from Lehman Associates, The Annual Lehman Reports™ Association Technology Study, found more than half of surveyed associations with a community platform use Higher Logic. Higher Logic gives customers, members, and prospects one secure location to interact, engage, and build value. With unique modules for volunteer, mentor, and events management, the platform also includes Activity Sync for automating how organizations connect activities within the community to other tools such as association or customer relationship management systems (AMS/CRM).
The exclusive integration with ASI will enable seamless two-way synchronization of data. For example, in addition to writing community activity back to iMIS, members working in the Higher Logic community will be able to update their contact information, which is sent to iMIS, and receive member notifications based on iMIS data. To provide clients with the ability to tie Higher Logic and iMIS centralized data into actionable insights, Higher Logic for iMIS will include dashboards and interaction data for member scoring, segmentation, and journey mapping.
