Higher Logic Announces Second Year of Higher Logic Academy

Connected Community Product Training & Engagement Strategy Courses for Clients at No Charge

Washington, DC – January 30, 2014 – Higher Logic, the leading industry provider of private social networking software for associations, franchises and user’s groups, has released the 2014 Higher Logic Academy course schedule. Now in the second year, Higher Logic Academy provides product training and strategy courses every month for clients seeking education on Higher Logic’s Connected Community software.

"The goal of Higher Logic Academy is to provide our clients with a learning path towards gaining Connected Community technical skills and expert product knowledge," said Lila Elliott, Manager of Client Support and manager of the program. "Overall, we want clients to develop best practices for sustainable customer success within a fun, friendly atmosphere. We’re proud of Higher Logic Academy and hope that all our clients join us this year!"

Higher Logic Academy courses are provided at no charge and are held at the Higher Logic headquarters in Arlington, VA. Academy attendees spend one or two days learning from their project managers and with their peers. Attendees will work with Higher Logic’s Client Success Team to get up to speed on product developments, ask questions, solve challenges and learn engagement strategies. Additionally, attendees are invited to enjoy a networking reception for a chance to expand their HUG network and meet other Higher Logic team members.

New for 2014, Higher Logic will offer two different training tracks based on project team roles:

  • Mastering the Connected Community CMS - Hands on Training & Configuration
    Ideal for Super Administrators and projects managers responsible for daily site management, this hands-on course will cover advanced Connected Community configuration, including the Content Management System (CMS), data sync, troubleshooting and more.
  • Improving Member Engagement - Interactive Strategy & Best Practices
    Designed for membership, education, marketing and communications teams that use and promote their Connected Community sites, this training will cover launch and beta testing plans, developing seed questions, bi-directional content marketing, gamification and recording and reporting metrics and more.

Clients may attend one or both days of the program depending on their interests or roles in their organizations.
